Ukrainian Kotelti

1.Saute Onion and Garlic and let it cool. 2.Dip bread in warm milk and add to meat grinder. 3.Grind chicken thighs, soaked bread and onion and garlic. 4.To the meat mixture, add 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp. mayo and seasoning(salt, pepper, vegeta). Mix well. 

5.Spoon out equal amount of meat mixture and with wet hands shape kotleti into round patties.  6. Fry the patties in a frying pan 5 mins on each side.
